Four Days of Great Conversations
From early mornings at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort to the buzz of the Xpo floor, Booth #701 was where the real work happened. Our team, including our CEO, CTO, and leaders from operations, partnerships, client services and marketing, met technology leaders across industries who are rethinking how their businesses run.
The conversations kept coming back to the same themes:
- Too many disconnected systems, and the cost of keeping them stitched together
- Getting AI out of pilot mode and into day-to-day operations
- Governance: how to let AI agents act while keeping humans in control
Attendees also had the chance to take home a signed copy of Zeya's book, Empowered to Execute: Vision, Strategy, and Autonomy in the Agentic Era. The book explores how leaders can turn vision into results when autonomy and AI become part of how work gets done. It was a fitting companion to the conversations we were having all week, and we loved seeing copies tucked under arms across the Xpo floor.
Between booth hours, our team caught some of the week's most meaningful keynotes and sessions. Gartner's signature sessions, including the Top Strategic Technology Trends for 2027 and the 2027 CIO and Tech Executive Agenda, reinforced what we heard at the booth: the next wave of value will come from AI that is trusted, governed and built into how the business actually runs. We came home with plenty of ideas to put to work for our customers.

Conference days are long, so we made sure our guests could unwind. Attendees who booked a demo with our team received a wireless handheld massager as a thank-you, a small way to say we appreciate the time they spent with us.
With Halloween around the corner and the holidays not far behind, our team kept a supply of Integrow chocolate bars on hand for everyone who stopped by. A little something sweet for the season, and a great way to start a conversation!
